Being on the mullet peninsula the house is sorrounded by lovely scenery and views. The busy little town of Belmullet is only five minutes drive away. Belmullet has all the usual facilities including supermarkets, post office, restaraunts and of course pubs which have traditional irish music on selected nights. The mullet peninsula is a beautiful area with beaches that stretch for miles. The beaches are ideal for walking or just relaxing on. Being sorrounded by water the peninsula is a major attraction for watersports enthusiasts. There is a watersports centre located just ten minutes drive >from the house which teach watersports such as sailing, surfing and windsurfing. If watersports are not your thing there is ' Dulra nature trips' available that go out to the iniskea islands just of the coast. You can choose to have a fully guided nature tour of the islands or you can just arrange a drop of and pick up time and spend the day exploring the islands by yourself. With so much to do on offer it is recommended that you treat yourself to this unspoilt area in the west of Ireland.
